YogMala is the garland of 108 Surya Namaskaras that we offer every year on International Peace Day. It is a tradition at The Hindu Temple of Greater Chicago. The Yoga community, every year gets together and sets the intention for peace within and without. This tradition precedes the declaration of International Yoga Day by United Nations.
