Bella will be leading a yoga practice focused on reconnecting with innate creativity through the poetic language of the body and movement. This workshop creates a safe space for participants to rediscover their body's wisdom by integrating words, sensations, alongside yoga asanas.
The practice will heart-focused incorporating the traditional Chinese elements and their meridian points within the body. Through rhythmic flows, Qi Gong techniques, and a holistic approach to full-body movement, participants will explore how these practices can activate energy pathways and enhance overall well-being.
This session transitions to a 45 minute resting guided yoga Nidrā (yogic sleep) lead by Anna and ‘Meditation Creations’ … A Peaceful Play With Watercolours or Meditative Play with Clay.
Please bring a pillow, comfy blanket and yoga mat (mats available on request).
All Art supplies and lemon ginger tea and vegan bliss balls or vegan cake included.
