Join us for donation based Yoga in collaboration with Mobile OM Wellness at our LKG location! This class is beginner friendly and led with plenty of options to modify and take breaks when needed. Class will be held outdoors in our lawn area next to the coffee shop. We will start class promptly at 8am. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, sunscreen and glasses if you need them. We will try our best to practice in shaded areas. Restrooms will be available inside LKG Coffee and we encourage you to visit them before OR after class to get your fix!
