Judith ist eine erfahrene Yogalehrerin und Heilerin. Ihre Reise durch die Welt der ganzheitlichen Heilung und Spiritualität begann bereits in jungen Jahren. Seit ihrem 15. Lebensjahr praktiziert sie Yoga (Iyengar Yoga). Im Laufe der Jahre hat sie ihr Wissen und ihre Praxis durch verschiedene Lehrer erweitert, darunter Max Strom, Ana Forrest, Bryan Kest, Patricia Thielemann, Lala und Vilas Turkse, Shandor Remete und Emma Balnaves.
Ihre Ausbildung zur Spirit Yoga Lehrerin absolvierte sie im Jahr 2009 und vertiefte so ihr Verständnis für die spirituellen Aspekte des Yoga. Zusätzlich zu ihrer Yoga-Ausbildung hat Judith auch eine Cranio-Sacral-Ausbildung bei Wolfgang Rühle, HP in Berlin abgeschlossen. Diese ganzheitliche Ausbildung ermöglicht es ihr, die Verbindung zwischen Körper, Geist und Seele in ihre Arbeit als Heilerin zu integrieren.
Judiths spirituelle Praxis umfasst nicht nur Yoga, sondern auch das Singen und Sound. Sie ist bewegt von Deva Premal & Miten und Krishna Das, die sie inspirieren ihre Fähigkeiten im Bereich des spirituellen Gesangs und der Klangarbeit zu vertiefen.
Ihre langjährige Erfahrung, ihr umfassendes Wissen und ihre Hingabe zur ganzheitlichen Heilung machen Judith zu einer einfühlsamen und inspirierenden Lehrerin und Heilerin. Ihre Arbeit ist geprägt von Mitgefühl, Empathie und einem tiefen Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse ihrer Schüler und Klienten. Sie ist bestrebt, anderen auf ihrem Weg zur Gesundheit und Spiritualität zu helfen und sie dabei zu unterstützen, ein Leben in Einklang mit ihrem wahren Selbst zu führen.

Judith is an experienced yoga teacher and healer. Her journey through the world of holistic healing and spirituality began at a young age. She has been practicing yoga (Iyengar Yoga) since the age of 15. Over the years she has expanded her knowledge and practice through various teachers including Max Strom, Ana Forrest, Bryan Kest, Patricia Thielemann, Lala and Vilas Turkse, Shandor Remete and Emma Balnaves.
She completed her Spirit Yoga teacher training in 2009, deepening her understanding of the spiritual aspects of yoga. In addition to her yoga training, Judith has also completed a cranio-sacral training with Wolfgang Rühle, HP in Berlin. This holistic training enables her to integrate the connection between body, mind and spirit into her work as a healer.
Judith's spiritual practice includes not only yoga, but also chanting and sound. She is moved by Deva Premal & Miten and Krishna Das, who inspire her to deepen her skills in spiritual singing and sound work.
Her years of experience, extensive knowledge and dedication to holistic healing make Judith a compassionate and inspiring teacher and healer. Her work is characterized by compassion, empathy and a deep understanding of the needs of her students and clients. She strives to help and support others on their path to health and spirituality.
