Yoga + Journaling in the Park
Join us for an afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and self-connection at Centennial Park. This outdoor yoga experience led by Chelsea Shafer (yoga instructor and intuitive eating dietitian) will guide you through:
- 45 minutes of Power Ease yoga flow
- 10 minutes of guided meditation
- 30 minutes of journaling on body image, gentle nutrition, and self-love
- A closing Q & A
Bring your mat, journal, a pen, and water!
Come as you are- no prior yoga or journaling experience needed.
