Come join us for a relaxing, yet invigorating, yoga class combined with a delicious wine slushy (or warmed wine drink) in their beautifully designed tasting room by the fireplace. This thoughtfully curated class is a perfect combination of work and rest, aimed at providing strengthening of posture muscles, effective stress relief, and gentle stretching. Afterward, we will have the wonderful opportunity to build community as we gather together and share in a delightful drink.No previous yoga experience necessary. Must be able to get up/down from the floor.
