About this Event
Yoga brings peace and stability; being in nature calms us and gives us confidence. When we combine these two, magic happens!
This class will focus on a mindful blend of strengthening, balancing, and opening poses with just the right amount of relaxation. You'll leave feeling recharged, refreshed, and a little more peaceful.
Please bring a yoga mat, folded blanket, or a large beach towel, and wear layers of comfy, stretchy attire. Everyone is welcome. Modifications will be provided so everyone can join.
All attendees need to sign a release form for insurance purposes. The waiver link is here: .
Please fill out the waiver in advance. When you arrive, show the waiver email confirmation, and you’re good to go!
We'll meet at 9:45 AM at the parking lot between Wellness Park and the tennis courts. Look for me—I'll be holding a clipboard and a sign.
The class will start at 10:00 AM in the park and go for 1 hour.
Donations are not expected, but they will be accepted with gratitude.
