FIND YOUR NATURE, FIND YOUR FLOW
Come join myself and a group of amazing souls for a rejuvenating yoga session at (St. Clair W & Bathurst) at Wells Hill Park.
Breathe in the fresh air, feel the grass beneath your feet, and connect with nature as you flow through yoga poses. This in-person event is the perfect way to unwind and recharge in the heart of the city. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, all are welcome to join. Don't forget to bring your mat and water bottle, and get ready to find your connection and zen in the peaceful outdoors
It's an open field so you will see me easily. There are many trees that provide a lot of shade, where we will set up our mats.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class so you can settle in.
Sunday classes will be rejuvinating Vinyasa Flow.
This class is donation base ($10 - $20 suggested)
