Join us for Yoga among the trees in Retiro Park!About this Event
I am a 200hr. certified yoga teacher and life coach and I love to hold space for people to collectively connect to their bodies, themseles, and each other. Come early or stay late to chat or get to know new people!
Classes will be a combination of slow flow, hatha, and restorative with some meditation & breathwork. Classes will be held in English. Bring your own mat and water bottle.
I hope to create a community of expats and locals alike, everyBODY is welcome. If you have any questions, please message me.
