Join us at Cleveland Dam Field in July and August for a series of yoga classes designed to help you slow down, and reconnect with your body while immersed in the beauty of nature. These classes will focus on taking care of ourselves body, mind and spirit, through the use of functional yoga and therapeutic movement.
All levels welcome. Prenatal and postnatal clients are also welcome. Please bring your mat and layers appropriate for the weather.
