Every Saturday at 11:11 AM, we invite you to come and experience the blissful harmony of yoga while connecting in nature. At the end of class we will pick affirmation cards and read them together for an intentional start to your weekend.

I will guide you through a series of gentle poses and breathing exercises, helping you to improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
