Gear up for or wind down from your day with morning or evening practice along the beautiful banks of the Detroit River. This community practice is open to all ages and fitness levels and will feature traditional poses targeting major muscle groups (with modifications). Bring your mat, water and a smile!
Gentle Flow Yoga meets Thursdays at 6pm and Fridays at 10am in Milliken State Park (1340 Atwater). Free parking is available in the lot on-site and on nearby streets. Please allow enough time to park and walk to the class.

Urban Solace is the proud producer of one of the longest-running, FREE, outdoor yoga programs in Detroit. Since 2007, thousands of beginners and exercise enthusiasts (of all ages) have joined US for fun and fitness on the beautiful banks of the Detroit River - to burn calories, meet new friends or simply enjoy the tranquility of nature during this exciting summer series. Classes are produced by Urban Solace Yoga & Wellness in partnership with the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy and sponsored by Priority Health.
This year, we celebrate our 18th season of Wellness on the Riverfront - which will include three weekly offerings designed to support the wellbeing of our community.
