Join us at McGough Nature Park for our Fall Yoga in the Park event. Ohm is the vibration of the universe. Practicing Yoga in nature helps us attune to the right vibration. All skill levels welcome. Recommended for ages 10 and up. Youth 10-15 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Mats available or you may bring your own mat, beach towel, blanket or sheet. Don't forget your water, sunscreen, hat and or sunglasses. Pre-register in advance in person or online is highly recommended. Limited day of registration.
