- Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle to each class
- Tickets open up every Friday at noon - you must register each week in order to attend
- Class begins promptly at 9:00am
- In the event of inclement weather, all participants will be notified of class cancellations the night prior

I understand that by engaging in this Activity there is a possibility of accidental or other physical injury or loss of my personal property. I agree to be solely responsible for my safety and well-being during my participation in this Activity, and agree to obey all restrictions, limitations, rules and regulations adopted by Owner relating to my participation. I understand that misuse of equipment, misconduct, abusive behavior, or violation of any rules or regulations can result in the immediate termination of any access to this activity, in Owner’s sole discretion. I specifically acknowledge and represent that I understand the hazards and risks associated with the novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”) in participation in this activity. Notwithstanding the foregoing risks, which I readily acknowledge by reserving a place in this Activity, I accept and assume full responsibility and risk for any and all injuries, illness or sickness, damages, and losses of any type, which may occur to me, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge the Owner (Federal Realty Investment Trust) its insurers, employees, officers, directors, trustees, and agents, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of or connected in any way to my use of the Facility and the equipment therein. I expressly agree to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me arising out of or connected in any way to my use of the Facility.
