This class is beginner friendly
What to wear:
Any comfy or loose fitting clothing that allows full movement. You may practice barefoot or in socks with adequate grip
Bring your:
✅Yoga Mat
✅Props (optional but helpful) blocks, strap, blanket
✅Water
✅Towel (optional)
**If you don’t have a yoga mat, I have 2 extras I bring to class**

There is not a set class fee, this is a donation based class. Pay what you can and enjoy the class.
