Yoga in the Greenhouse

Warm up with a slow flow style yoga class in a lush and tropical glass greenhouse at Norbut Solar Farms in Spencerport, NY. You'll feel like you're on vacation in the tropics as you go from pose to pose surrounded by banana trees and warmed by UV lights.

After class, there will be time to relax, mingle, and wander the greenhose while sipping on a warming, tropical farm tea featuring soursop, ginger, turmeric, and lemongrass (all sourced from the greenhouse and gardens). 

All classes are beginner-friendly.

Please bring a mat or towel to practice on.

Wearing layers is recommended.
