Join certified yoga teachers from Chagrin Yoga for a peaceful but energizing yoga flow!
This 50-minute class will feature a balance of poses open to all levels of experience - whether it’s your first class or you’ve been practicing for years.
Reconnect to your body with a clear and focused mind with an offering of modifications, breath awareness, and alignment instruction in a warm environment. Rain or shine, we have a beautiful open and plant-filled space to practice.
Classes will take place Sundays at 10:30 January 19 through February 23. Proceeds from this series will go to local Bainbridge/Chagrin Falls charities and we are taking recommendations each class!
P lease bring a mat and water and anything else you need for your practice. Blocks are not required but encouraged
