For only $140 (general public), $80 (members), and $60 (ISU students), this 8 week session is a steal of a deal!Reiman Gardens is partnering with Ames Parks and Recreation for a restorative and balanced yoga flow outdoors. This class will involve moves for strength, balance, and honoring kindness and compassion for oneself and one’s body through a full body flow. We will close each class with stretching and breath work.
Everyone is welcome to join regardless of past yoga experience or physical ability.
Participants must bring their own mat to each class. There is a backup indoor location in the case of extreme weather.
