Join ATX Yoga Girl, Cynthia Bernard for a yoga and meditation experience at the UMLAUF Sculpture Garden + Museum. This morning flow will help awaken the body while anchoring you back to your breath. The end of class will conclude with a Sound Bath Meditation. This is a relaxing and meditative journey where participants ‘bathe’ in the sound vibrations produced by instruments such as chimes, Quartz and Tibetan singing bowls.Bring a water bottle and yoga mat. This class will take place outdoors under a covered space. Be sure to layer, depending on the weather!
