About the Event:
On the first Saturday of every month, we invite you to Avenue Bellevue’s art galleries for Gather & Give—a special by-donation yoga and mindfulness class designed to bring our community together, foster belonging, and shine light during the rainy Washington winter.
This gathering is rooted in Yerbana’s vision of Accessible Wellness for All and our four pillars of accessibility:
- Physically – yoga for all bodies, ages, and abilities
- Mentally – evidence-informed practices to reduce stress, burnout, and tension
- Socially – a welcoming group space to counter isolation and foster belonging
- Financially – donation-based entry so cost is never a barrier
Together with Avenue Bellevue & the Center for Suicide Awareness, we are creating social wellness hubs that reduce isolation, nurture resilience, and offer powerful tools for mental health prevention and healing.
Why Join?
