Yoga in the Gallery - Free Yoga Taster Sessions - 4pm

We hope to encourage relaxation in the gallery so are inviting you along to a free yoga session. Yoga is a way to connect with yourself in a world that is always on the go. Take an hour out of your day for yourself, tune into your mind and body, relax and unwind in the surroundings of our beautiful art and architecture.

Yoga is for everyone and these classes offer variations for all abilities. Suitable for anyone aged12+ years, under 16's to be accompanied by an adult.
