Yoga in the Circle | Outdoor Yoga at Park Circle

Say goodbye to Sunday scaries and start off your week with a 1-hour outdoor yoga practice thoughtfully designed to help you de-stress and recharge.
About the yoga practice:
Each Yoga in the Circle class is filled with yoga ‘dharma’ or words of wisdom (think inspiring quotes, questions, & perspectives to explore) to help you embody your yoga practice both on and off the mat. It’s a slow flow style class where we will have longer holds (3-5 breaths in each pose) with many options given to either make your practice more restorative or more advanced, so it truly is great for yogis of any level.
Optional: stay after class for about 15-20 minutes to meet fellow yoga students. We will take time to discuss the dharma talk, or theme, from our class and what ideas or insights came up for us as we flowed.
This class is designed and led by Park Circle local Reagan Sobel , E-RYT 500. When Reagan is out of town, one of her lovely teachers will cover class (see schedule below!)
Where to find us, what to bring, & what to expect:
Find us in the meadow between N. Rhett and Durant St. Please arrive with a few minutes to get set up and settled in. Make sure to bring a yoga mat and water bottle. We have mats available to rent for $5 if you do not have your own.
This class is FREE, as it is one of Reagan’s top values to make yoga accessible and available to everyone. As this is her full-time gig, donations are encouraged and appreciated if you are able to do so. They may be made in advance via Eventbrite or Venmo (@reagansobelyoga), or onsite.
We highly encourage pre-registering for class to receive updates in case of weather, etc.
If there is light rain, we will move under the pavilion at the park.
