About this Event

The Gainsborough Bath Spa hotel is delighted to share our 2024 dates with you of our 2-hour yoga workshop sessions suitable for all abilities, led by expert teachers Bex Bridgford and Lana King.

Held in the tranquil setting of the Chapel at the Gainsborough, a perfect Sunday morning wellness experience.

Combining their teachings and experience, Bex and Lana offer a full rounded session, starting with QiGong and Breath, followed by Yang and Yin style yoga practice and closing with the beautiful sounds of the crystal bowls and a guided sleep meditation. The two-hour journey will encourage your body and mind to find a state of relaxation, and a greater opportunity to absorb the sounds of the crystal bowls, renowned for their deep healing qualities.

The workshops are from 10am to non on Sundays 18 February, 21 April, 30 June, 18 August, 20 October.

Please bring the following exercise accessories with you:

· Water bottle

· Wear comfortable clothing.

· Journal (or paper) pen

Yoga mats are provided.

Tickets are £25 per person per session.

About your Yoga teachers

Bex Bridgford: Bex is an advanced yoga teacher who has trained with some of the top yoga teachers from around the world and is known for her contagious positive energy. Her integrative approach weaves together a playful style with deep knowledge of the human body, mind, and spirit, this enables her to connect with her students, and she believes yoga is available to anyone.

Lana King: Lana is trained in Forrest yoga, Yin yoga, yoga Nidra, and Vinyasa yoga. She combines a mixture of philosophical teachings with modern-day movement, trying to make it accessible and enjoyable. Forrest yoga is a modern style of yoga with a holistic approach dealing with the emotional and physical body, its intelligent sequencing along with breathing techniques helps ease everyday tension and shift energy, making it perfect to lighten the burdens of 21st-century living.
