A donation based yoga practice guided by Alhu Lara to collect funds for the affected by the Dana storm in Spain.
About this Event

More than 150 people have lost their lives in Spain, many are still missing, and thousands have lost their homes in the worst floods we can remember in the country.

The community of Spanish expatriates in Manchester are heart broken witnessing our country suffer, many have friends and family affected by this disaster.

The Spanish yoga community in Manchester is coming together to practice, send our love and energy and collect funds to support our compatriots struggling.

On the 10th of November, Alhu Lara will be guiding a donation based practice in Spanish to collect donations for those affected in Spain.

You can join us in movement, but if you can’t be physically with us, donations will still be welcomed. Contributions can be anything between £16 to whatever you can afford.
