Enjoy a fun, relaxing yoga session led by Darlene from Yoga In Nature™featuring adorable puppies from the SPCA of Wake County! All skill levels are welcome at this free event, and registration is required as space is limited to 25 participants. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN UP HERE TO ATTEND AND TO HOLD YOUR SPOT. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, water and any desired props. This will bean outdoor practice, so dress accordingly. We will be doing a slow yoga flow to yin practice with the puppies playing in the yoga space, and you can be assured that there will be some downward facing dog and puppy poses!
Location will be at the Apex Town Campus, outdoors.
