Jason is a yoga practitioner of 15 year with a background in the beginning/advanced Bikram series and Ashtanga yoga. His light hearted approach to teaching has always left students feeling refreshed and full of joy. This class is part of Yoga Haven’s Practice with a Cause initiative, where every practice helps support accessible yoga and healing for underserved communities.
