Yoga Grief Therapy Consultation (Online Zoom Invite)

Join Sarah for a Yoga Grief Therapy Consultation session held online via Zoom.

Please join Sarah for a six week session to find ways of moving through grief and finding joy again. Our time together will include a free consultation where we can meet one another (online) to gain an understanding of where and how feelings of grief are getting in the way of your daily living. I will then guide you through a six week class series designed to help you heal from your grief.
Week One- “Awareness’’ Simple yoga postures to discover where grief lives in your body
Week Two- “Expression” Dance like movements to help physically release the holding
Week Three- “Connection” Music and movement to honor yourself in this process
Week Four- “Surrender” Relaxation and breath work to quiet the nervous system
Weeks Five and Six- Putting it all together into a cycle of healing
After participating in Sarah’s Grief Yoga classes students will experience feeling cared for and nurtured, less physical pain and more energy and most importantly more joy and happiness in their lives.
At the end of the consultation call you will be invited to work 1:1 with Sarah to move through trauma and grief and into happiness, freedom and healing.
