Let’s find ourselves in stillness and in the appreciation of life.’Cocoon Wellness Centre is more than excited to be hosting its sixth Yoga based holiday Retreat at beautiful Akamas.
Join us for three days filled with various types of Yoga, Meditation, Swimming, Relaxing and more! Our goal is to relax both our mind and body, by practicing a morning flow of Yoga and Meditation, enjoying evening workshops, walking barefoot on sand, and by sharing all these with other unique souls.
DATES: Friday 20/6 - Sunday 22/6
Our Daily program will include an early wake up followed by Meditation and Yoga.
After our practice we will enjoy our breakfast, and spend the next few hours by the Sea with an optional lunch break anywhere we wish.
Upon returning home, we will take a break to relax, which will be followed by evening workshops. We will enjoy dinners at local taverns.
A more detailed program will be given to the participants upon expressing interest in the retreat.
All Yoga classes will be suitable for all levels.

Room options:
1) Teepee for camping for 1 person: €160
2) Teepee for camping shared between 2 people: €140 p.p.
3) Wooden house with double bed or two single beds shared between 2 people: €180p.p.
4) Wooden house with double bed for single occupancy: €250p.p
5) Wooden house with one double bed and two single beds to share between 3 or 4 people: €160p.p
All bathrooms and toilets are common to everyone on camping site.
