Begin your weekend with intention and inner peace in this nurturing, yet revitalizing Hatha Yoga class. In Hatha Yoga, we harmonize the energies of the sun (Ha) and the moon (Tha), fostering balance between your physical body and your inner state. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is the perfect opportunity to slow down, cultivate stillness, and nourish both the body and mind.
Designed to help you release the stress of the week, this class offers a perfect balance of gentle, mindful movement and deep stillness. We’ll flow through slow, deliberate sequences (without the intensity of vinyasa), alternating between fluid motion and static postures, each held for several breaths to deepen your connection to your body and breath.
In addition to strengthening and stretching your body, we’ll incorporate visualization and meditation techniques to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and increase mental clarity. By emphasizing breathwork and cultivating mindfulness, you'll leave feeling deeply restored and rebalanced, ready to enter the weekend with calm energy and focus.
*Mats + Props provided. Hot/cold tea & hot/cold towel provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking and settle in.
