Join fellow beginners in a supportive and welcoming space where you can explore or rediscover the fundamentals of yoga in a playful and non-judgmental way and learn (or re-learn):
~ the basic mechanics of the core Hatha yoga asana (poses),
~ the basic mechanics of the core Hatha yoga asana (poses)essential breathing techniques to rebalance the nervous system and bring healing to the body and the mind,
~ introductory meditation and relaxation practices to enhance calm and focus, and
~ a deeper appreciation for the interconnectedness of the body’s systems.
While yoga includes movement, breathing, and stillness, it also taps into the physical, mental, and energetic properties of being, and offers a framework for healthier living. This course invites curiosity, engages hope, builds strength, and fosters a return to the essence of who we are -- joyful, connected, and balanced.

No prior yoga experience is required. Classes in this session will also be live-streamed for anyone who wishes to participate online via Zoom.
