Are you new to your yoga practice and looking to better understand how to move into the postures? Are you an experienced yogi looking to make adjustments or gain a different perspective in the asanas? If either of these statements sound like you or you are anywhere in between, the yoga fundamentals workshop series is right for you! In these workshops, we will strategically break down 5 foundational postures you are likely to see in any yoga class. You will be encouraged to look inward and feel your own body, gaining insight and awareness of yourself along the way. Ultimately, you will leave with a better understanding of how to move and engage your body to find the desired sensation in the postures discussed.
