Been thinking of trying yoga but not sure where to start? Try our series of six classes to build strong foundations for a healthy yoga practice especially for beginners and those who want a foundational class just like you!You've probably heard about the amazing benefits a yoga practice can bring to your mind, body and heart. Yoga can help to strengthen and tone your body, improve mobility and flexibility, and improve balance and coordination. A regular yoga practice can also provide us with the tools to better manage stress and anxiety.
If you've tried a class before but it hasn't been quite what you're looking for, or you haven't wanted to join a mixed level class, this could be the perfect class for you.
Classes are limited to just four people to give you the attention you need.
