We’ll slow things down and explore common yoga poses, how to use props, and how to move through class without feeling lost, rushed, or self-conscious.

What you’ll learn:
- How to set up common yoga poses safely and effectively
- How (and why) to use props like blocks, straps, and bolsters
- How to follow verbal cues without constantly watching the teacher
- How to modify, rest, or rejoin a flow with confidence
- How to feel at home in your body and in the room
We’ll finish with a short, gentle flow to integrate what you’ve learned, so you leave feeling grounded, capable, and ready to join any class on the schedule.
