Welcome to a journey of self awareness.We will join together to discuss and practice all aspects of yoga. Starting at the very beginning, breaking down asana (postures), demonstrating pranayama (breath work) and much much more.
This workshop will lay the foundation for your yoga practice, giving you the knowledge and confidence to enter a mixed ability class.
Perfect for complete beginners or those who would like to go back to basics and have a deeper understanding.
