A Yoga class series for beginners and anyone who wants to get back to the basics of their practice. Grounded in the Foundations of Hatha yoga, this slower paced class allows students to focus on building a consistent practice. Through asana (foundational postures), body alignment, breath work, meditation and relaxation, students will have the opportunity to experience yoga's transformational effects. Lean into learning about sun salutations and vinyasa flow in a relaxed environment. You will receive the tools you need to discover and rediscover a practice that's right for you. All levels welcome.
