Whether you're completely new to yoga or already have a practice, this session is a welcoming space for anyone looking to reduce stress, ease tension and cultivate a sense of inner calm.
You'll be guided through:
Gentle, flowing movement to release stiffness and restore balance
Breath awareness practices to quiet the mind and energise the body
A guided deep relaxation to leave you feeling rested and restored
