Back pain—whether occasional or chronic—is a common challenge often linked to posture, lifestyle habits, or a weakened core. This 3-part yoga series is thoughtfully designed to help you understand and relieve back discomfort through movement, awareness, and self-care.
🌀 Throughout the series, we’ll explore:
- Common causes of back pain, including scoliosis, slipped discs, and sacroiliac joint dysfunction
- Therapeutic yoga poses that gently support spinal alignment and muscular balance
- Breathing and relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system and promote healing
- Essential oils that naturally assist with pain relief and inflammation
