In this specialised yoga class, guided by Jo, an experienced yoga teacher and registered nurse, you will embark on an enlightening journey of self-discovery and feminine wisdom. Each 90-minute session thoughtfully weaves together:

This class is open to all women in our community and no previous experience is necessary. All equipment is provided. The class is adaptable with minimal need to get up and down from the floor.
