Saturday 25 & Sunday 26 Oct 9am-5pm
A powerful and immersive exploration of sound as a tool for healing, meditation, and personal transformation. You’ll experience:
• The deep connection between sound, breath and mind
• The role of Agni (inner fire) in sound and healing
• Chanting of sacred mantras and Vedic verses
• Rāgarasabhāva – working with scales and emotions
• Use of sound in āsana and prāṇāyāma
• The four stages of vāc (speech) and inner stillness
• Cultivation of nāda (inner sound) as a meditative practice
• The 5 Mantra Pathway for daily integration
Whether you're a teacher, student, meditator or simply curious, this program offers both philosophical depth and experiential richness, an opportunity to integrate the science and spirit of sound into your own life and practice.
