About Elizabeth:
Based in central Ohio, Elizabeth has taught thousands of yoga classes in a variety of settings, including yoga studios, community centers and schools. She helps adults and teens learn tools to create sustainable changes in everyday life. She is an experienced yoga teacher, E-RYT 500, Reiki Master Teacher and Ayurvedic Health Counselor.
