Join Humble Warrior every Wednesday from 5:30-6:30pm at the Tulsa VFW 577Classes will utilize slow, mindful movements and breathing techniques to create a sense of strength and stability.
You do not have to have any prior yoga experience - if you can breathe, you can practice yoga!
All clothes are yoga clothes - wear whatever you are comfortable moving and stretching in.
Yoga is often practiced in bare feet or socks; you may leave your shoes on if you prefer. You can practice from a chair or on a mat.
All donations help fund Megan’s Mission, a veteran’s program by Humble Warrior Collective.
