As the seasons shift and the air begins to whisper change, our bodies notice—even if we don’t. This monthly class explores how the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda can guide and harmonize your yoga practice with the natural rhythms of time and season.
Each class begins with a short talk on an Ayurvedic theme relevant to the month: perhaps how to balance excess heat in summer, or how to cultivate warmth and steadiness in winter. Then we move into an embodied practice—thoughtfully sequenced asana, breathwork, and stillness—to support the microcosm of you in relation to the great turning of the macrocosm.
Whether you're looking to deepen your understanding of Ayurveda, bring more intention to your home practice, or simply feel more in sync with the world around you, this class is a nourishing monthly touchpoint.
