Join Angie for a mix of yoga and spirituality where you can drop into your breath. Breath work helps you connect deeper to your body. At times you will flow through poses and at other times you will settle into a theme. This mix of movements increases strength, flexibility, and endurance while deepening your connection with your body.All levels are welcome, and modifications are available.
