In this joyful and imaginative class, children are invited to explore movement, breath, and stillness in a way that honors their natural rhythm and growing sense of self. Through seasonal themes, nature imagery, and gentle yoga postures, we create a space where body, heart, and imagination meet.Each class offers sequences that build strength and flexibility, while also nurturing emotional awareness, focus, and a sense of inner calm. Like all things at FCYKC, we honor the whole child—meeting them with warmth, creativity, and reverence for their unfolding.
