Teenage years can be both turbulent and transformational. This session is an awesome opportunity for the students to learn practical skills to support this time of change. It will equip students with a simple sequence of poses to help them feel stronger and more confident in their bodies.
We'll explore how the breath can change how we feel, and students will leave with knowledge of different breathing exercises that they can practice at home whenever they want to feel more grounded, centred, and calm.
Participation in this session will give students a good taste of what's on offer in our 5-week Yoga for Teens course, which we will be hosting later in the year.
