Our kids live in a new and ever-evolving energetic landscape. Though we have gained a reputation for obesity, greed, and waste, it's never too late to improve. Let's make well-rounded, compassionate leaders of our youth. Let's get serious about our kids' mental and emotional health, physical adaptability, and spiritual progress.
⭐️ At around age 10 our breathing changes. Stress, in all its forms, plays a role in All of our lives. How we manage stress can be absolutely imperative to the growth of humankind. The myofascial matrix in our bodies is constantly listening and adapting to presence. What physicians took for “Interference” is indeed an intelligent healing network operating from within. This workshop will provide our kids with the tools needed for optimal health. This experience will provide potent techniques and resources for biological longevity and functionality at elite human potential.

➤ Fascia, Collagen, the Lymphatic System, and other Biochemical Processes for Optimal Health.
➤ Assessing and Investigating the Value of Presence in Human Evolution.
➤ Emotional Autonomy and Understanding the biochemical functionality of our Moods.
➤ Understanding: Dopamine, Serotonin, Oxytocin, Endorphins, and How to Identify our Body's Signals.
