-A presentation on lifestyle practices to cultivate calmness and relaxation.
-Body-mind ball-work techniques to reduce tension in the body caused by stress.
-Guided breath work for stressful times.
-Restorative yoga poses for stress.
-The practice of mantra japa as a means to train the mind to become one pointed.
-A list of resources to support your practice while going through stressful times.
