Tamanna Srichandani, a Certified Yoga Therapist with 5 years of teaching experience and 6 years of dedicated yoga practice. Namrata Chawla, a Certified Yoga Instructor from top Yoga Institutes in India, with 4 years of teaching experience and 5 years of practice. Through our journey of teaching yoga, we’ve seen how stress—physical, mental, and emotional—affects so many people. That’s why we’ve designed a unique fusion of yoga practices to help you release tension, restore balance, and feel truly at ease. This workshop is for everyone—whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced practitioner. No matter where you are on your yoga journey, we’ve got something for you! The workshop will be conducted in a semi-open area, allowing you to connect with nature and breathe fresh air. The major outline of the workshop includes: • Yoga poses for stress relief • Breathwork techniques • Guided yogic relaxation Important Notes for Participants: 1. Please arrive 15 minutes early at the venue to ensure a smooth and hassle-free start. 2. Please bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and a small towel. 3.
