If you are experiencing stress then you are not alone. It is something that is prevalent in all our modern lives. Stress can have an effect on our physical and mental wellbeing often resulting in mental health challenges including anxiety.In this 2.5 hour workshop we will explore:
- What are stress + anxiety. What effect do they have on our body and health?
- The nervous system what it is and how to regulate it.
- Tools to manage stress in the moment and longer term.
This workshop will incorporate yoga tools that may help with symptoms of stress and generalised anxiety. As a yoga teacher I am unable to cover specific diagnoses or discuss individual symptoms. If you are unsure of the suitability of this workshop please consult with your doctor first.
The workshop is suitable for all levels including beginners.
