When we’re not in a state of yoga, we are unable to perceive clearly.Make time for this two hour workshop to pause the cycle of stress and move toward a state of yoga. You’ll relax your body with a gentle yoga practice and soothe your mind with guided breathing and meditation. As you begin to perceive clearly, you’ll be ready to tackle your stress with a fresh perspective.
This workshop is available in-studio and online, spaces are limited to 15 attendees.
The fee for this 2-hour session is $35, Studio Members receive a 20% discount.
